Norconsult Sweden has acquired Sigma Civil, a company with 125 employees primarily based in Malmö, Gothenburg, Umeå, and Karlstad, from the Danir Group. The acquisition aligns with Norconsult's strategy for Nordic growth and local presence while also expanding its expertise.
