Femmegineering is the Danir Group's next year's initiative for a better tomorrow. They want to highlight the problem that there are too few girls who are applying for engineering programs at a technical college or university. The number rises a little each year, but the process is moving slowly. At the same time, the tech industry is screaming for people and needs access to the entire population.
Last year, Sigma and Danir started ‘Funkisfonden’, an initiative to get people with intellectual disabilities to become more active in sports. Now they have taken this commitment further and are now the main sponsor of Special Olympics Sweden. A collaboration that now results in them being involved in Special Olympics School Days.
