Press release -

Sigma Technology is one of Sweden’s Best Managed Companies in 2019

Sigma Technology has received the 2019 Sweden’s Best Managed Companies recognition, sponsored by Deloitte in cooperation with Nasdaq.

On March 14th, Deloitte and Nasdaq announced the winners of the Best Managed Company award during the official dinner at Fotografiska center in Stockholm. First established in Canada 1993, Best Managed Companies program provides a framework for management teams to challenge themselves and measure their success in strategic management, corporate culture, and financial performance.

Sigma Technology became one of twelve companies to receive the Sweden Best Managed Company recognition, celebrating our efficient organization and continuous focus on people and success.

During the fourth quarter of 2018, Deloitte has evaluated our company in terms of strategies, leadership, culture, financial management, and track record. The evaluation yielded insights into best practices, which were shared during the application process. The resulting 360-degree view showed how we as a company work with all of the evaluated criteria and fulfill them.

Carl Vikingsson, CEO at Sigma Technology, says:

“The Best Managed Companies recognition proves that our strategy, leadership, corporate culture, and financial performance are on top level. My congratulations to all our talented consultants and outstanding managers! In addition to being the 5th Best Employer in Sweden and the Most Intelligent Company in Hungary, we have become recognized as one of the Best Managed Companies. This is our common victory!”

Therese Kjellberg, partner at Deloitte and responsible for Best Managed Companies in Sweden, says:

“We are proud to recognize these twelve Swedish companies. All of them are immensely successful companies with a clear strategic agenda and robust internal processes.”

Håkan Sjögren, independent jury member and Managing Director & Responsible for listings at Nasdaq Stockholm, says:

“There are many strong companies in Sweden and it has been exciting to get to know some of them through this program. We are delighted to be involved in recognizing such an important part of the Swedish market.”

Sigma Technology wins Bisnode Platinum Rating

Sigma Technology Hungary has recently received the Bisnode Platinum Excellence certificate. It takes at least seven years of dedication and quality-driven operation for a company to be awarded, so it is no surprise that fewer than 0.5% of Hungarian companies are worthy of such prestigious recognition.
