Sigma Technology Ranked 5th Best Employer in Sweden
Sigma Technology has been listed among Sweden’s Best Employers for six years in a row. Today we are proud to announce that through the votes of our employees we are ranked the 5th in the listing of Sweden’s Best Employers 2018 by Universum.

We are thankful to our colleagues who voted for Sigma Technology to be listed among Sweden’s Best Employers at the fifth place. I feel proud to work with the team that trusts our values and identifies Sigma Technology as a dream place to work. I think that our high ranking is the result of continuous effort in building an organization where people are in focus.
We gathered 800 bright minds from 40 different countries, which is not a coincidence or luck. We have worked hard to introduce diversity thinking into every aspect of our organization, including recruitment, onboarding, and social responsibility. We believe in people and their potential regardless of country borders or background. We also strive to create a balanced and equal workplace, and support initiatives that contribute to making IT industry more attractive to women.
