Sigma designated as gold partner in Intelligent Systems

Press release -

Sigma designated as gold partner in Intelligent Systems

As one of the first companies in Sweden, Sigma has qualified for Microsoft's partner level Gold Intelligent Systems. This is a new partnership competency that Microsoft launched globally last year.

“We're very happy and proud to add yet another important qualification to those we already have,” says Peter Lindblom, Microsoft Partner Manager at Sigma.

The designation is based on among other things, Sigma's skills in delivering customer solutions based on the Internet of Things that incorporate Microsoft's public cloud service Azure, as well as the very high level of customer satisfaction regarding Sigma's services and deliveries.

“Sigma has been making strategic investments in services and skills development for the Internet of Things for several years,” says David Österlindh, Head of Internet of Things at Sigma. “This applies both to Sigma's own Internet of Things solutions and services, and Microsoft's cloud service Azure. That we're now one of the few to qualify for gold partner competency in Intelligent Systems, we see as acknowledgment that our investments have been successful.”

“We're very pleased with our extremely good collaboration with Sigma and their efforts in helping our joint customers to find the right path to the Internet of Things and the cloud,” says Richard Lind, CTO for Internet of Things at Microsoft. “Customers have felt secure with the deliveries from Sigma in these areas.”
