Sigma Technology Group is recognized as TOP 2 Sweden’s Best Employer
Sigma Technology Group came second among the Best Employers in Sweden. This is the fourth year in a row that Sigma Technology Group ranks among the TOP 3 Best Employers.
Each year, Universum, a leading job board in Sweden, ranks Swedish employers that succeed best in internal identity, employee loyalty, and employee satisfaction. The employees vote for the companies that they would recommend working for.
Sigma Technology Group was started with a mission to put people in focus and provide superior employment experience. The company is focused on developing a corporate culture to provide equal opportunities for everyone, ignoring any bias, and delivering quality-of-life benefits to keep employees engaged and inspired. Carl Vikingsson, CEO at Sigma Technology Group, comments:
“Making employment a superior experience is our continuous focus and top priority. This recognition aligns with our ambition to become Sweden's leading technology consulting company, where people and their talent play a decisive role. Being what and who the person wants to be, openness to the true self, that’s what defines a leader’s mindset.” Carl adds: “Being at the top of the Universum’s ranking is much more than just another badge for us; it's evidence that we are on the right track and improving our best. Our colleagues voting for us and making us stand among the TOP 3 prove that we are walking the talk and doing it well.”
“At Sigma Technology, we only have two priorities, Superior Supplier Value and Superior Employment. Ensuring that we create a workplace where our people can grow and develop is our long-term goal and investment. 2022 is the tenth year for Sigma Technology Group in Sweden’s Best Employers ranking and the fourth year among the top 3 Best Employers in Sweden, which proves that we are on the right track,” says Nataly Lamkén, Chief Communications Officer at Sigma Technology Group.
Claes Peyron, Managing Director Nordics & UK, Universum, says: ”Sigma Technology Group is top 3 in Sweden’s Best Employers for the 4thyear running.
