Sigma Software Group Launches Sigma Software Inspire to Help Companies Turn Customer Insight into Growth

As technology and AI rapidly expand what companies can build, many organisations face a different challenge: deciding what should be built, how it should work for customers, and how it will create real business value.

Sigma Software Group announced the launch of Sigma Software Inspire, a product and experience strategy boutique created to address this challenge.

The company helps organisations turn customer insight into revenue by building digital products and services where customer experience, data, and AI capabilities work together to drive adoption, loyalty, and long-term growth.

“For years we have helped clients build complex digital systems at scale,” said Artem Petrenko, President of Strategy at Sigma Software Group. “But increasingly, success is determined much earlier – in the product and experience decisions that shape what gets built in the first place. Sigma Software Inspire was created to strengthen this part of the journey.”

Sigma Software Inspire was launched within Sigma Software Group’s Strategic Entrepreneurship Program, which supports experienced founders in building specialised service companies backed by Sigma Software Group’s engineering capabilities.

The company is led by Eduardo Soares (CEO) and Bruno Perez (CXO), whose experience spans international product strategy, design leadership, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

“Most organisations don’t lack customer insight. They struggle to translate it into product decisions,” said Eduardo Soares, CEO of Sigma Software Inspire. “Clients work with us when they need to move from insight to action without organisational drag. We help them decide what gets built and prioritised, keeping execution grounded in real customer behaviour. Sigma Software Inspire is not a “strategy only” consultancy, and it’s not a “campaign only” agency. It’s built to close the gap that keeps appearing between the two.”

Sigma Software Inspire is headquartered in Madrid and operates globally. It works with organisations in industries where customer experience strongly influences commercial outcomes — including retail, financial services, technology platforms, and digital services — when they need to:

  • Turn new ideas into viable products or services, shaping propositions and experiences customers value.
  • Redesign products that struggle with adoption or retention, removing friction and improving customer journeys.
  • Evolve existing products with new capabilities, including AI, introducing automation and intelligence where they improve the experience.
  • Prepare products or services for launch or major change, aligning product experience and marketing activations.

“These situations often determine whether a product succeeds in the market,” added Bruno Perez, CXO of Sigma Software Inspire. “It’s not about workshops or empathy exercises. It’s about building products people genuinely want to use. When AI becomes part of the experience, it must solve real user problems — not just showcase technology.”

The launch expands Sigma Software Group’s role from building digital systems to helping clients define the products and experiences that determine market success.
