Press release -
Sigma IT is growing with Global Sourcing
Sigma IT is investing in growth and establishes Sigma Global Sourcing.
There is a big competence shortage on the Swedish market and the need for skilled resources within IT and Tech is very high. The competence report, from the organization Swedish IT and Telecom Industries, indicates a lack of 70 000 persons in the IT & Tech Industry until 2022.

Sigma Global Sourcing will be responsible for the whole onboarding process of international talents, helping and assisting all the departments within Sigma IT. This includes assisting both existing and new customers with the entire life cycle; from identifying talented resources from around the globe, visa application processing, housing, introductory course in Swedish and knowledge about Sweden. There will also be a Swedish mentor available for each talent to make the introduction to the Swedish working life as smooth as possible.
