Sigma investing in talent management – adds Ylva Vihøj to management group
The past spring, Sigma IT Consulting set a goal – to become the world's most successful IT consulting company. Several processes have already begun in achieving this challenging goal. Lars Kry, CEO for Sigma Consulting, describes a company in change and in growth.
“With its personnel and services, Sigma has incredible resources,” says Lars Kry. “We have the will, the engagement and a tremendous amount of know-how. We’re now strengthening our talent management process to become an even better employer and service provider. And I’m therefore very happy to announce that we've recruited Ylva Vihøj.”
Ylva Vihøj has extensive experience in management at the Volvo Group, where among other things she has headed global talent management, served on the board of Volvo IT and has been the director of HR, communications and strategy at the Volvo Group’s research and innovation company. She has most recently worked as a management consultant in talent and organizational management.
“Contributing to Sigma's development is going be a lot of fun,” Ylva Vihøj says. “Talent management concerns an organization's engagement in recruiting, developing and retaining the very best talent on the labor market. For a consulting company such as Sigma, the people at the company is what we're all about and talent management is thus an essential business development tool.”
