New Fast Forward Program at PostNord in cooperation with Sigma Young Talent
The Fast Forward Program is a joint initiative between PostNord and Sigma Young Talent. Now a new round of this talent program starts, with the aim of recruiting new graduates to PostNord and give them the best possible start of their careers.
Participants in the program are since August 2020 being offered training and coaching during their employment, to quickly get into their tasks and become productive team members. The Fast Forward Program is tailor made for PostNord’s business.
“Being able to invest in young individuals with a fresh set of eyes and up-to-date knowledge in our focus areas will give us an extra boost in our journey of change. “This year’s program sticks out, and is truly unique! The participants are given the opportunity to build two new groups within UX and Data Science at PostNord.
