Mitt Liv and Sigma IT Consulting are collaborating for an inclusive society

Mitt Liv (My Life in English) has begun a collaborative project with Sigma IT Consulting. The project is intended to increase diversity and to help people with the challenge of finding their way into the labor market, and consequently, to contribute to building a more inclusive society. Sigma IT Consulting is an IT and management company with offices at about 20 locations in Sweden and in another six countries.

Mitt Liv offers a mentor program for highly educated, immigrant professionals, as well as a partner program for the companies and organizations that want to focus on diversity and help build bridges in Swedish society.

Sigma IT Consulting will be participating in Mitt Liv's mentor program – Mitt Livs Chans. This entails that our employees will have the opportunity to increase their knowledge of diversity and widen their perspectives. Some will also participate as mentors and assist people in making their entries into the labor market. Sigma IT Consulting has chosen to participate in the year's mentor program with nine mentors. Mentor assignments will begin in September 2016 and continue until June 2017.
