LEADING INNOVATORS SPEAKS AT SIGMA’S INSPIRATION DAY IN MALMÖ
Sigma offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into IKEA’s journey in digital change. At the Inspiration Day in Malmö Mikael Ydholm, Communication & Innovation Strategist and Wing Tang, Digital Innovation Leader, will for the first time speak together in Sweden about the digital journey IKEA has done. It will be an exclusive opportunity to get part of an example of digital activities that creates enormous engagement and will change the mindset of both the society and its citizens.
Another keynote speaker at Sigma’s Inspiration Day is Niklas Huss, Innovation Manager at Länsförsäkringar. In his daily work, he runs the innovation management with the mission “We do not sell insurance – we create conditions for a safe and harmless life.”
Niklas Huss is also famous as the man who got the Swedish population to change perception about the tax authorities; from a bureaucratic authority to a service minded organization.
Leadership in a time of digital change is the focus at the Inspiration day. The digital revolution changes industries one by one when new business models and technology gains ground. It creates amazing opportunities for organizations and businesses. It leads to new ways of working and opens up for a new leadership.
