Eventyr (ex. PULS Software) joins Sigma Software Group
IdeaSoft (a member of Sigma Software Group) acquired gametech development company Eventyr (ex. PULS Software).
PULS Software was founded in 2017 by Daniel Slupskiy and Oleg Voytenko. After the merger the company will secure the structure and leadership team, but will change its name to Eventyr.
Today, it’s a fast-growing company with significant expertise in mobile, AR/VR, and game development. The company has delivered more than 200 successful projects for customers in Israel, the US, and Western Europe. Eventyr unites 70 specialists, but plans to grow to 100+ people in 2022 and triple its profit.
Valery Krasovsky, CEO and co-founder at Sigma Software Group is happy that his company is continuing to grow: “We’re always on the edge of innovations. The Eventyr team will strengthen our expertise in such prospective vectors as Web 3.0, NFT gaming, and the Metaverse. This will bring even more benefits to our customers as one of the main business focuses will be an expansion towards the large corporate IT sector.”
Andriy Lazorenko, CEO at IdeaSoft, explains that the major reason for starting this collaboration is the strong management team of Eventyr: “The merger allows us to go deeper into NFT gametech domains utilizing the key expertise from Ideasoft and Eventyr. That perfectly lines up with the current areas of market growth. This deal reinforces the whole group with reliable partners to greatly expand values that we give existing and new clients.”
The partnership is expected to boost both companies’ growth, business and management capacity, and strengthen the whole Sigma Software Group while adding new domains to the business offerings for existing and new clients.
“Our company expects to combine our advantages with the blockchain expertise of IdeaSoft and the power of large group membership to start growing exponentially, exchange experience, and open doors which were closed before for a company of our size,” says Daniel Slupskiy, CEO at Eventyr.
Short-term and mid-term goals for IdeaSoft and Sigma Software are to assist the leadership team of Eventyr, to grow and become more sophisticated in the market and open new business domains and new opportunities for them.
