Sigma Technology Solutions Grows in Sweden

Sigma Technology Solutions, part of the Sigma Technology Group with offices in Gothenburg, Växjö, and Lund, continues its quick growth in Swedish cities and welcomes new employees. The company celebrates an important milestone at its extension path – it has recently hired its 100th colleague.

Sigma Technology Solutions focuses on the digitalization of the products and business processes of its customers. It has expert knowledge in software design, information management, and business analysis. The company expertise is in high demand from new and existing customers. At the moment, the company reached three digits in the number of colleagues and prepares to clear new heights.

“We have had very intense months and an active expansion period for the company recently. Our Gothenburg and Växjö teams have been growing simultaneously with new assignments from current and new customers. This year, we have decided to focus on South Sweden and hired two new managers for Sigma Technology Solutions in Lund,” says Niklas Malmros.

These new managers – Toni Risteski and Thomas Hermansson – have around 30 years of experience in the tech industry combined and are looking forward to developing the company’s presence in Skåne region. Toni Risteski has worked previously as a product and section manager in the telecom and IT sectors. While Thomas Hermansson has made a journey from a developer, to team lead, coordinator, and project manager. His first impression of Sigma Technology team is “feeling of freedom with responsibility” that drives him on recruitment and sales for his department in Malmö/Lund.

Toni Risteski emphases:

“My focus is to build a team with great high-skilled people who are willing to join the company on the fun and exciting journey ahead of us. Together we’ll try to create a place where everybody can participate and drive ideas.”
