New talents join Sigma IT Tech in Stockholm
Sigma IT Tech is growing in numbers. Meet our latest recruitments in Stockholm.
One year ago, Sigma IT Tech started its operations in Stockholm and eastern Sweden with Sebastian Uramek at the forefront as Business Unit Manager. Since then, the Stockholm office has grown to fifteen new colleagues who are out on customer assignments and three new colleagues who help clients with support, operations and infrastructure.
– We want to lead the digital revolution in the Operation and Infrastucture area together with our customers – customers who are also facing major organizational changes in the process of transitioning to agile working methods, programming and scripting to streamline and automate their IT environment, says Sebastian Uramek.
The need for skilled support and operation technicians in IT does not seem to be diminishing. Two important key players for our continuous work in recruitment are Alva Hellberg and Alina Pavlenko.
Alva Hellberg became a part of Sigma IT Tech in 2019 and has taken on the lead of the recruitment processes as Tech Recruiter. Alva has experience from the staffing industry and has studied Human Resources.
Alina Pavlenko is the office's second Tech Recruiter with long experience in IT recruitment, including international recruitment and talent allocation to the US and Europe. She has a master’s degree in Strategic HRM and Labor Relations and has also coached several junior IT recruiters.
Our latest addition is Ossian Ripke Johansson. He has experience from the staffing and insurance industry and takes on the role of Business Manager in which he will focus on customer dialogues and develop partnerships.
– Another thing we are really proud of is that we, in addition to traditional consulting and hire purchase, have expanded our business to be able to also offer a talent program, says Sebastian Uramek.
