Adrienn Zemancsik - nominee for HR Manager of the Year, Hungary

The Hungarian HR Magazine Behaviour has recently announced the award for the HR Manager of the Year. We are proud that our very own Adrienn Zemancsik, Recruitment Manager at Sigma Technology Hungary, is a nominee for the award. Voting is open until midnight on October 30.

The HR Manager of the Year award recognizes HR specialists who have made a significant contribution to the development of company culture and their companies' success. The competition consists of two rounds, where the Facebook audience and the jury collectively choose finalists and winners.

The Facebook voting is open for everyone having a Facebook account and will be active until midnight on October 30. To vote, you need to select the nominee's photo, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the blue" Szavazok" button.

She is responsible for the entire recruitment selection process, onboarding, exit, and leading the recruitment team at Sigma Technology Hungary. Adrienn is an ICF-certificated coach qualified with ACTP certification and works with the Skool Foundation, supporting the inclusion of young girls and into the world of technology.
